A flat rate of $12.00 applies to all standard product orders placed online.
We recommend that you use your work or another suitable daytime address and ensure someone is available to accept your order. A signature is required on delivery.
You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there is any problem with delivery.
In stock items will usually be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days from receipt of your order.
Back Orders.
Back Order items will usually be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days from becoming available.
Please allow up to 2 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Special Delivery.
Certain large or heavy products available from Armando Sports are classified as special delivery. Freight on special delivery is quoted on asking at the best freight rates available.
These products can be easily identified by the special delivery information on the products page and in your shopping trolley.
The delivery charge for these products is based on weight, dimensions and delivery address. These products cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Assembly & Installation.
Assembly & Installation service is available on certain products only for the Perth Metro area.
During the checkout process you may request Assembly & Installation on these products. Armando Sports customer service will then contact you to discuss installation costs.
Overseas Orders
Armando Sports delivers to most countries. The delivery charge for these product orders are based on weight, dimensions and delivery address.
The prices within the online store are exchange rated at whatever the credit card providers exchange rate is at the time of the transaction PLUS any relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur with your order and delivery.
Although we try and get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
Additional checks on your credit card may be needed which can delay your order.
High demand products on Pre-Order or Not in Stock at the time of ordering and will need to be Re-Ordered from our suppliers.

Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased from Armando Sports can be returned for a refund and or an exchange.
On-line Purchases
If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, Armando Sports is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The customer will pay all freight charges.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.
Defective Items
Defective items must be returned to Armando Sports within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and decision. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Returning a Standard Product.
Items are to be returned to Armando Sports. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

Returning a Bulky Item.
Bulky items may also be returned to Armando Sports.

IMPORTANT
The return must be received by Armando Sports within (14) fourteen days from dispatch.
A replacement product will only be shipped by Armando Sports after the return product has been recieved, evaluated and deemed faulty item.
All returns must have an Return Authority Number or Customer Service Team Authority Name.
Any item that is returned to Armando Sports without an Return Authority Number or Customer Service Team Authority Name will be returned to sender.
