Cancellation policy

LAYBYS

Lay-bys available In-Store Only.

Lay-bys are a 3 month term from the initial payment/deposit date and require a minimum payment of 10% of the value of the purchase.
Items can be held instore for up to 1 month after the item is paid in full. 
Customers can cancel their layby at any time and all monies will be refunded except the 10% deposit (storage fee). Customers will need to return in store to cancel and refund their layby. Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the layby by the customer. If the customer does not request a refund of any deposit and instalment payments, Armando Sports will deal with such moneys in accordance with the applicable laws concerning unclaimed moneys.
